Production Assistant
Enjoy working with your hands? We need people like you to help us bake and ship our superb quality breads to restaurants and stores nationwide.
Oven Operator
Our breads have unique oven settings and prepping needs before they go in the oven. This is where the magic happens, and you’re in control!
Mixer/Prescaler
Dough is our secret weapon, so this job is definitely important. Here, you’d mix, measure and weigh the ingredients to ensure each recipe is exactly right.

Quality Assurance
Our objective is customers for life. By working in Quality Assurance you help make sure we answer each customer expectation, provide excellent service, and ensure every bread product is to EPI’s high standards.
Sanitation
Sanitation is about having a clean working environment, and adhering to all food safety, hazardous critical control and other necessary regulations. This job is a big deal, and so would you as EPI’s Sanitation Technician.
Shipping & Receiving
Baking bread efficiently means getting ingredients in and shipping products out, on time and precisely to specification. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, your job is to keep all of this organized. Experience driving a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, and previous warehouse experience is required.
Maintenance
We can’t bake our awesome bread without properly running machines and an efficient, organized work area. Your job is to keep it that way, but also to make improvements for our bakeries to run smoothly. Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
